Best Motors For Electric Car

Here is the information about which best motors for Electric car
Suitable Motors used in electric cars

There are different kind of motors available in market out of which motor is suitable for electric car? Is the main question in mind.
Basically only these three motors are most suitable for electrical cars namely as
                                            i.            Series wound DC motor
                                         ii.            Permanent Magnet motor
                                      iii.            3 Phase induction motor

Now talking about these three motors and why these motors are suitable for electric car? Why should chose these motor’s is as follows.
Cost:- as we  Know that the cost of DC motor over a AC motor is less than DC motor.
Simplicity for Assembly:- As dc motor is simple in construction and assembly and fitting of DC motor is simple than other motors
Characteristics:-  the characteristics over the application are about 100%  match to application.
Availability:- Availability of  these three motors in worldwide. And not so struggle required to found them.
Ø DC Series wound electric car motors

This motor is the First Preference of electric car motors. It's torque Speed Characteristic are suitable Electric car. and if laying down long black tracks and clouds of smoke is your thing, this is the motor you want.

Advantages are: All the torque is available from a standstill.

the characteristic of electric cars. It's really a characteristic of these series wound DC electric car motors, though, rather than electric cars in general. These motors happen to be popular for electric drills, too, and that's why.
Disadvantages: Series motors cannot be used where a relatively constant speed is required under conditions of varying load.
Ø Permanent Magnet DC Motor

These are the second most popular electric car motors in the EV, but that is not necessarily because they're the best thing going.
The biggest drawback with permanent magnet DC motors? They're noisier. Like all brushed DC motors, the brushes generate electrical radio interference. But unlike other types of brushed electric motors used in electric cars, like the series wound DC motors above, which have windings which provide natural filtering of electrical noise, the PM motors have no natural filtering effect in their design so they're noisy.
Most of the EVs with Permanent Magnet DC motors you find in the EV belong to "small-ticket" EVs: bikes, motorcycles, scooters, and the like.

Ø 3-phse induction Motor

Third most popular electric car motors, but if all motors cost the same. This motor Requires  the same batteries the DC motor but Additional Inverter Assembly is added in circuit and increase in cost of system.

These is the basic information about the electrical car and hopefully all the information is helpful to all the readers. If any questions regards to electric car please comment me…..
